Rate Details: Rent is $8,450/month (Dec thru August); $7,450/month (Sept thru November). Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $330 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet. Utility Caps: $100 water/mo. and $250 electricity/mo. Travel Insurance: Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you're away from home we recommend CSA's Vacation Rental Insurance Plan. Please review the CSA Marketing Flyer available on our website for more detail. CSA Plan Cost is 7.65% of all non-refundable charges.
