Security deposit of $250 is charge upon booking the property .After your vacation is over the property will be clean and check for damage .If damage is found it will be fix and paid for from the security $250 and left over if not will be sent back to you.If no damage is found the entire security of $250 will be sent back to you. We loved our stay at the house. It was a beautiful home that we wish we could pack up and take back to Illinois with us! The owner was very helpful and quick to response to any of our needs! We would for sure recommend this to other people. All around great experience! Loved it!
The property was maintained beautifully. My kids enjoyed the pool. The house was very spacious and comfortable too.
Overall, a decent value for the large floor plan but a “quirky” house. Master bedroom with very high bed, hanging cables. Multiple drapery ties with no drapes, curtain rod with no curtains. Multiple toggle bolts, ? purposes. Nice pool but fence has problems, no privacy. Jacuzzi comfortable for one person. Kitchen needed supplies, we bought and left what was needed. Grill not functional. Multiple light bulbs need replacement. Caretaker Debby very helpful and pleasant. With some TLC, this house would rate 5 stars.
Amazing home in a quiet neighbourhood away from the crowded tourist locations! Compared to a hotel, we alway look for such a location - more economical, less hassle, privacy, peaceful -while luxurious, full of amenities and perfect for any family! This villa is as beautiful as the pictures illustrate. Owners and property managers are on hand in the off chance they are needed. Easy under an hour trip to many Florida attractions and Tampa without the hassle of tourist traffic. Highly recommended!!
