The main room is approx. 25m It is lovely and bright and airy with a good quality king size sofa bed and a queen size sofabed plus - storage cupboards, and flat screen TV with English news channels and wi-fi / internet - no air -conditioning unit. The is a small dining table and 2 chairs. The truly stunning aspect of the apartment - is the south-facing terrace through the double patio doors to the sunny terrace facing south (receives sun from morning to evening sun) The terrace has table and 2 chairs and a very comfortable sun lounger. The windows are double glazed and there is an electric shutter. The terrace is not overlooked (just look at the sea and palm tree) This is a beautiful bright and Studio - very good quality bed 1. 6m x 2m and sofa bed. The bathroom has a full bathroom - with shower, washbasin and toilet - is all tiled. The kitchen has a 4 plate stove, microwave oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher and coffee maker, toaster, café peculator and full kitchenware. Wow - The view is simply stunning! The apartment is perfectly located for seaside holidays the city is secure building and has air conditioning and double glazing perfect for couple or a person looking for fresh and organized accommodation with stunning views.
