This sophisticated city apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with panoramic views of the sea and the city. There are two balconies, one off the living / dining room with amazing views of the Mediterranean, and the other at the rear, off the two bedrooms, offers peace and tranquility overlooking the neighboring gardens.
This modern apartment of 78 sqm offers a high level of comfort. It has full air conditioning, automatic shutters, underfloor central heating, large screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet access, telephone and lift.
The spacious living / dining room has original parquet flooring. The American style designer kitchen has marble floors, granite countertops and is fully equipped.
Walking down the main bathroom corridor is on your left and has full size tub, with shower, toilet and large sink. There are also built in storage units, and a washing machine.
The two bedrooms are located on the other side of the apartment and have plenty of closet space. There are 2 single beds in each bedroom which can be joined to make 2 double beds. The master bedroom has a bathroom which has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Both bedrooms have direct access to the back porch.
There is a safety deposit box to store all your belongings in the apartment.
There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment for the winter months.
PARKING:
The apartment has no parking. The nearest public car park is called 'Palais Massena', which is located next to the hotel Negresco. Special price passes can be purchased at the parking office upon arrival - 7 days of transportation costs approximately 110 euros.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All rental prices are included in the sejour tax (French stay tax). The service charge covers the end of the stay clean, meet and greet, bed linen for the MAIN room and bath towels for 2 people. ** PLEASE NOTE WE AT THE TIME TO BOOK AS YOU WOULD LIKE THE MAIN BEDROOM MADE UP - BE SUCH AS 2 SINGLES OR 1 DOUBLE BED **

Late arrival rate of the apartment will be applied for arrivals from 8:00. Please note that it will take you about an hour from the time the plane lands to reach the apartment.
The minimum rental period during the peak and Christmas season is 7 nights. Shorter stays (minimum 4 nights) are available outside of these seasons.
How to Arrive: Most airlines now travel to Nice International Airport.
Ferries arrive to Nice from St. Tropez, Corsica and Italy.
All car rental companies are based in Terminal 2.
The bus number 98 leaves the airport every 20 minutes (cost € 6) and will leave you in front of the apartment (it takes about 15 minutes) at Grosso / CUM stop on the Promenade.
Taxi will cost about 30 € for the apartment.

Please leave all crockery, cutlery, utensils and pans in the clean state and stored properly in the cupboards ready for the next visitors. Please dispose of all your household rubbish before you depart. Cancellation policy - 25% deposit not refundable. 28 days before arrival - 50% minus deposit paid - less than 28 days - no refund applicable. Our local English / French representative will meet you upon arrival at the apartment, explain the facilities and provide the keys. A very useful local information folder, including places to visit, tours, restaurant recommendations etc. is provided by our representative, who has extensive knowledge of the Cote d'Azur. PLEASE NOTE that the apartment has no parking. The nearest public car park is called 'Palais Massena', which is located next to the hotel Negresco.
