This beautiful apartment awaits you on the 2nd floor. Unlike most Niçois buildings, it benefits from a first floor elevator. Please note: steps from the ground floor need to be occupied on one floor to take the elevator. Warning: the lift is quite narrow - the trolleys can only fit when folded.
LIVING ROOM
The front door opens onto a cozy double foyer, painted with a soft shade of gray. With high ceilings and French windows, relax while enjoying the soothing tones that fill every room.
The living space is wonderfully eclectic with home-made touches to enhance your stay. It was taken care of incorporating the old with a touch of new, the pleasant charm of the old town meets the ingenious functionality with the highly customized white glass kitchen. Pleasant and friendly moments can be shared with family and friends around the stainless steel kitchen with first-class appliances from De Dietrich & Bosch.
The atmosphere is both stylish and comfortable, with a mix of soft upholstered chairs and sofas. The antique style leather sofa rests next to the wall mounted flat screen TV and can be the ideal place to relax.
A beautiful chandelier shines and splashes light on the cream-colored walls of marzipan, while comfortable chairs sit around the rustic hardwood coffee table.
You will enjoy family gatherings and friends around the elegant and functional dining table with removable chairs.
KITCHEN
The beautiful parquet floor stands out against the elegant white kitchen. All open plan, it has plentiful counter space and plenty of convenient storage space. The attached cooking island functions as a pristine dining room with six bar stools.
The kitchen itself boasts the very best of modern conveniences, with an American full size refrigerator and freezer, four ring gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Amenities include a separate washer and dryer. These can be found conveniently nestled in the separate laundry along with a hand basin.
BEDROOMS
All three bedrooms have air conditioning, "Herringbone" parquet, high ceilings and high windows and double glazing. The relaxing tones provided in every room and sumptuous quality mattresses and bedding are the finishing touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Bedroom 1, adorned with soft floral wallpaper and cream curtains. Spacious and cozy, it is elegant with an elegant chandelier, rococo style bedside tables, wall mounted reading lights and an extra large (190 cm) British king-size bed. The last essential of this room is the closet that offers plenty of storage for your clothes and suitcases.
The second bedroom has a distinctive floral wallpaper of blue egg duck, pastel pink and antique cream. The room boasts a king size bed (160 cm) and boasts a variety of authentic-style bathroom suites that combine today's designs with today's technology.
The third bedroom is fresh and airy with French lights and white and white wallpaper. It has a vanity table and two single beds (90 cm) and a double-bed wardrobe. Double size feathers making it ideal for children or friends to share.
