Casa Maria is a Luxury Modern Villa with 3 spacious king-size bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and separate walk-in wardrobes.
This property is also 'Unique' as it offers a fully operational, Disabled Lift Service.
Wheel chair friendly. The Lift can support a motorised buggy from ground level to the first level, which for some individuals will be very beneficial.
There is a ramp from the Entrance Gate to the Front Door as well as flat surfaces throughout the whole property, inside and outside.
The Ground level has 2 King-Size Bedrooms, a Spacious Lounge and Separate Dining Area with views over the Swimming Pool. There is a large Decking Area for Sun Bathing and a ramped pathway that leads to the Garden.
The First level has a Fully equipped Kitchen with all the white goods and equipment that you would expect to find in a modern house. There is an additional Dining Area and a bright corridor that accesses the Master King-Size Bedroom.
The Main Lounge is huge as it is double sized and uses the total width of the House. The views from here are Stunning and the sense of open space is rare. There are 4 leather sofas for relaxing, a Sound System, Docking Station and large wide screen TV with UK Channels & Sky Sports plus super-fast wifi internet.
In addition to the Lounge there is an External Terrace with Seating. Whilst here, you can enjoy your glass of wine and absorb the fabulous views over the infinity Swimming Pool, Gardens and Adeje Coastline!
Also at the bottom of the garden is a gazebo with seating/ dining for 6 people with BBQ plus loungers.
Newly installed double water filtration system which guarantees safe water for drinking through out the villa..
Pool has two heating systems to guarantee continuity of heat to suitable temperature plus automatic solar cover electrically operated.
This Villa also has Air Conditioning in every room plus an Internal Lift which are available as optional extras.
The electric pool heating is free in the winter months (October to End of April) but an optional extra in the summer months.
This villa is NOT to be missed....

We would definitely return to the villa. It is great for families and is set in a peaceful suburban area. It’s a good 30 minute walk into Adeje with a buggy, and steep on the return Full sky package was great and the villa was very clean. The pool is deep and you need to be at least 5”6 to touch the floor. That said, great for kids with swimming aids/floats. Great for pram access and for families. Kitchen well stocked and filtered water was really helpful. Outside dining a plus and plenty of seating and sun beds. All amenities in good working order. Useful tip- good selection of books to borrow. Information book was useful and advice from David on where to eat and buy groceries was most helpful.
Everything worked and was clean and in good condition, the only thing that would improve the villa would be a wet bar downstairs
The property is ultra modern and initially very impressive however the full width glass doors could not be opened completely.The agent told us that they tended to stick.The door locks were a bit fiddly and other various bits and pieces needed attention.Overall the Villa was impressive and the pool was the best we have had in a Villa.The furnishings were stylish and fitting for the Villa but the beds were creaky and noisy.The agent David was very professional efficient and helpful.
Lovely villa, great location, amazing pool and easy communication with the landlord. Sometimes a little noise at night from neighbours and surounding craftsmen, but nothing too bad. We really enjoyed it and loved the heated pool.
It was our first trip to Tenerife; so pleased we booked a private house to a high standard. The house was very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Our only disappointment was that the house was over looked from all angles. The heated swimming pool was much appreciated even though the weather was lovely and hot. We did not realise that the Air Con was an additional extra during the winter months and as the weather was very warm during our visit. We were not too impressed with the surrounding towns; thankfully to Trip Advisor we did find some excellent restaurants for our evening meals. The local bar/restaurant just down the hill from the house (George's) was super; great food and great people. A car is a must if you stay at this property. We found the House Notes book very useful in touring around the Island for places to visit. We would not hesitate to go back to this house on our next visit to Tenerife.
Villa was beautiful and had gorgeous views from the balcony. Location was lovely and we had a small supermarket, a butchers and delicatessen on our doorstep which catered for all tastes and was handy for the evenings we had a BBQ. Pool was a great size and a lovely temperature during our stay. David greeted us on arrival at the villa and was on hand for any queries we had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa; it was simply stunning. I would also use the services of Just Holiday Villas 4 U again, as David's customer service was fab.
