A luxury modern style villa in a quiet residential area. The villa is just 50m from Aqua Lava Water Park and 250m from Playa Flamingo beach. It is situated within 15 minutes walking distance from the town and is 100m from the nearest bus stop. The villa comprises of 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have ensuite bathrooms, with a separate toilet and shower room, the master bedroom also has a dressing room. There are 2 kitchens, the indoor kitchen is complete with dishwasher, grill microwave, freezer, oven etc. and a washing machine is available in the utility room. There is a large sea view terrace over looking the heated pool with beautiful views to Fuerteventura and Lobos island. A 10-minute walk will take you to the nearest beach which also has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants, from here a beautiful promenade stretches a mile and a half in each direction from the Faro lighthouse at the most southern tip of the island to the fabulous new Marina Rubicon, which boasts a selection of designer shops and upmarket bars and restaurants..

House Rules
Changeover Day: The villa will be available from 3.00pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on your day of departure. Early arrivals will be able to leave their luggage at the villa if arranged beforehand. Rates are based on up to 10 guests per week in the 4 main bedrooms of the villa. (3 x Double Room, 1 x Double Room with Twin Beds) For the 2 bedrooms on the lower floor a charge of £35 per night, per room, is added. This will not be accounted for in the quote generated by Owner’s Direct. Maximum number of guests is 14 (plus 1 baby in a cot for no additional charge) Air-Conditioning works on a coin system. 10 adults and two babies stayed at this beautiful villa to celebrate the two granddads 70th birthdays. The villa was very clean with comfy beds for all of us and en-suite for most of us. The outside area suburb we made us of the outside kitchen and bbq area. The pool and hot tub kept very clean. Its within walking distance to the beach at playa flamingo a little further to Playa Blanca. Overall we all had a lovely time.
We had a fantastic 10 night stay at the villa and was thoroughly impressed. The villa has just been through a refurb and the new owner (Roberta) was very helpful in al aspects leading up to our holiday. The waterpark is a 5 min walk away and the beach and restaurants little over 10 mins. Gorgeous sea views. We enjoyed our stay that much that we have already booked to go back next year!
This is an absolutely fantastic luxury villa, with a lovely view. We had a perfect vacation at the villa, where both indoor and outdoor facilities were perfect. Thank you for a fantastic stay at your property. We will surely be back.
