Last Minute discounts available.....A lovely detached 4 bedroom villa located in a quiet residential area in Playa Blanca. The villa has a private electric heated pool, Air conditioning and WiFi.
The villa is on two levels and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges and kitchen.
The lounge has two sofas, coffee table and flat screen TV. It has patio doors leading out on the pool area.
The dining room makes up the 2nd half of the room with a dining table and leather dining chairs. There is a 2nd set of patio doors leading out to the patio, outside dining area, pool and BBQ area.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table. Off the kitchen is the solana where you will find the washing machine.
There is a house bathroom on this level with a sink, shower and toilet.
There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king sized bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is an en suite bathroom which has a bath, shower, double sink unit, toilet and bidet.
There is also a king sized bedroom on this level with built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
You gain access to the lower level via an external staircase.
The lower level has a large TV lounge. There is a table tennis table for your enjoyment.
There are two more bedrooms which have twin/superking beds and fitted wardrobes.
There is a further bathroom which has a shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
There is a lovely private 8x4 metre heated pool, rattan sun loungers Canarian BBQ and outside dining area. There is also a separate small children´s pool and a grassed mini golf area.
A fantastic area to chill out and enjoy the lovely Lanzarote weather.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Amaretto! The villa is beautiful - it felt brand new and finished to a very high standard, with very comfortable beds with real bedding and towels (a huge plus for a holiday home!) and comfortable sofas etc. The TV had a great range of UK channels including movies, music etc. and the bluetooth speakers made sunbathing by the pool even better. The location of the villa is perfect - very quiet cul de sac making it peaceful and relaxed but a short walk to the beach and shops. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and many places to explore a short drive away (El Golfo is worth a visit!), though we spent most our time BBQ'ing by the pool! The kitchen was also very well equipped and easy to make a big family dinner to enjoy on the terrace. Communication with the management was faultless and they were on hand to answer any questions and help with airport runs. Having been to Playa Blanca many times over the past 15 years, easily the most relaxing and nicest place we have stayed. Already looking at dates for next year!
Villa had good facilities, we all enjoyed the pool and the location was great for Playa Blanca. We hope to come back again soon
