This property is ideal for couples and families. It has a double bed in the bedroom with built in wardbrobes and a comfortable and modern double sofa bed in the lounge.
The lounge has a 46 inch tv with all English tv channels, the tv box also has some Spanish, Italian and German channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from oven, hob, microwave, kittle, toaster, and all the utensils needed.
This property also has wifi. The bathroom has a large walk in shower (150cm x 70cm).
The property is within a 5 minute walk to the beaches and has many bars, restaurants and shops close by.
The apartment is ground floor making it ideal for disabled.
The complex has two swimming pools and two pool bars making it great to relax for them lazy days after exploring what the island has to offer. Very well looked after and in a prime location. The owners couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely book the apartment again in the future if it is available
We had a lovely holiday, Place was very clean and good communication with Mark. The supermarkets are quite pricey so we wish we’d brougt essentials such as washing powder, tea coffee etc. The apartment was clean and well worth the price, the only small criticism would be that the mattress was very soft in the bedroom and some more crockery, bowls, jugs etc would have been nice. Overall we would recommend the apartment and would definitely stay again.
Given the availability to rent far superior accommodation in Spain I doubt very much that we would consider a return visit
Stayed here for 8 nights the apartment is mint got everything you need pictures dont give it any justice lot bigger than pics top location for bars restaurants shops supermarkets parks for kids very clean complex booked already to go back next year the owner mark is sound sorts anything out u need arranged a cot to be there and was there on arrival deffo recomend this apartment hope you enjoy like we did top place !!!!
The apartment is very handy for shops and bars, just a very short walk away. Beach is about a 10 min easy walk. Apartment has a terrace which gets very hot in afternoon and evening, an umbrella would have been handy. The kitchen area is good, full size oven and hob , microwave, kettle and toaster, all new I think. Mark was very helpful, brought a hairdryer round for me, thank you . All kitchen utensils provided. Bathroom was lovely, shower excellent but the water did not drain away quickly enough and seeped under the door a bit, maybe we were using the shower on a bit too high a setting. This wasn't really a problem. Somewhere to hang your clothes/towels in the bathroom would be handy. Hot water always available. Bed comfy plenty of wardrobe space. Bed settee in lounge good too. There's a garden area in front of terrace which was nice and kept in good order by staff at the complex. The complex is excellent, pool fantastic for children and adults. Bar on complex good, happy hour every day, large beer 1.5 euros and friendly staff. Pool area wonderfully clean every day. People leaving beach towels and not using the sun bed had their towels removed which was a good thing. Plenty of shade round pool if you want it. Temperature of pool water was lovely as the weather was very hot. Would love to stay at this apartment again. And if you have a hire car, which we did, parking is easy on the main road and free. Forgot to mention washing machine in bathroom, we didn't use it, some instructions in English would have been helpful. Wifi in apartment and on terrace excellent. Good sized TV in lounge but we didn't use it. Good sized fridge/ freezer.
