2 bedrooms with LAGO LEMAN VIEW
Tastefully decorated, large terraced garden, recent construction on Lake Leman. Near the fountain of the Evian springs, near a quiet park. It has the beauty of being close to the forest, but still very close to the water. In summer, the lake is the attraction and in winter the ski slopes are just a few steps away. There is something to do all year round. We chose Amphion-les-Bains because it is a quiet and peaceful place close to GR tracks, a beautiful park and the lake, just 2 miles from the golf course and 3.5 kms from Evian's Casino and les thermes cures. There are restaurants just outside the residence on the beach lake at the entrance to the park and a supermarket at 600 m. It is also 20 mns from ski slopes (12 km from 'Thollon-les-Mémises', Bernex), 45 mns from Châtel, Gets, Morzine-Avoriaz, 1 h from Chamonix, Annecy, ... And very close to Switzerland (few mns by boat to Lausanne and 20 mns by car to Geneve) and Italy. So, we have the best of the 3 countries !!!
