Le Mas du XVIIème is located in the heart of Provence, north of Avignon, next to the Roman town of Orange, near the medieval town of Pont Saint Esprit, at the foot of the gorges of Ardeche, on the edge of Rhone.
This beautiful property stretches over 7 hectares of meadows and woods, borders the Lauzon River.
The property consists of a stone house of 320 m², formerly typical Provencal silkworm, renovated in 2013, combining at best are old charm and modern comfort and separated from few meters, an annex converted in 2012 of 80m ².
