It is ideal for large families, two families traveling together, small groups of cyclists (the garage, with easy access to the street is perfect for storing bicycles when not in use), 'special trips away' or even writers' retreats. The inner walls of a meter thick, exposed hard wood beams and stone walls of the garden leave no doubt that this is a house that has a history and has received many generations of families. Situated in the middle of the village of Talloires and with great access to all amenities, despite this, it was decorated with an eye to retain elements of the past, but providing comfort in the present. Full of light all year round, offers a double bedroom with direct access to the garden and shower and toilet on the ground floor, an open coffee corner dining room and first floor on the first floor plus a separate loungeroom leading to the terrace and the closed back garden. The kitchen, a shower room and separate toilet are also on this level. The other three bedrooms (one queen and two with two single beds in each) are located on the top floor, along with a third bathroom (under the eaves) and a separate WC. You can choose to dine on the long wooden table in the indoor dining room or on the terrace table, both designed to favor long lunches and festive dinners.
