This is a cottage to suit absolutely every type of group, from families with children and groups who want to ski and make a party for the tourists who value their quiet time, offering the luxury of privacy and calm without having to sacrifice any convenience of be just a few minutes walk from the slopes of the Nursery Planards and the restaurants, shops and bars of Chamonix.
The chalet can also be associated with Mazot Loppe, which is a mazot of a bedroom with a lovely mill that shares the garden of this large house, to create groups of up to 14 possible.
Please note that due to its excellent central location, this property can be subject to nighttime noise. However, as the property is enclosed in its own grounds, it is fortunately protected from most of the street noises.
Please also note that this is a non-smoking, pet-free apartment.
