The upper floor consist of a double bedroom with double bed which has a large private balcony offering spectacular views to Cala Galdana, while the second bedroom has two single beds and both have a fitted wardrobe. On this floor you will also find a family bathroom with bath and hairdryer.
On the ground floor there is a living room which has two sofas, a TV, an inside table for all guests. The kitchen has a hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchenware. This floor also has a balcony where you can enjoy outdoors meals while you are looking at the landscape of Cala Galdana. It is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi.
The outdoor area consists of a private swimming pool with sunbeds.
House David's twin sister House Lluís since they are almost identical and are neighbours, so it can be ideal for two families or two small groups of friends, as they are near from each other but at the same time they are keeping intimacy and privacy staying each group of people in their own homes.

The resort of Cala Galdana is one of the most popular and prestigious in Menorca. This is due to its beautiful beach that is surrounded by cliffs that border and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, crystal clear waters and its shell shape make it a true paradise.
Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as Baywatch, sunbeds, boat rentals, restaurants and more. The beach is ideal for young children who are learning to swim, as the sea does not cover in the first 50 meters.
The complex is very safe and quiet family atmosphere. In its shopping area has many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water sports and leisure as boat rental, car, kayaking, horseback riding, cycling etc.
Cala Galdana is surrounded by a natural environment, ideal for walking, for example through the Barranc d'Algendar or walk through the Cami de Cavalls to Cala Mitjana (15min walk), to Trebaluger (45 min) that is a lovely and unspoiled beach or the well knowed Cala Macarella (35min walk).
Just a few minutes from Casa David is a bus stop offering good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island. Therefore the rental car is not essential, but always advisable on an island like Menorca where there are much to see and especially if you want to access more easily to different places and all unspoilt beaches.

Just back from 2 weeks at this great villa. A great place to recharge your batteries, peace and quiet with great views of the mountains. The villa had everything you could possibly need as well as a welcome pack including a bottle of wine! Lazy days could be spent beside the amazing pool or just relaxing on the terrace. A car is essential but bigger towns can be easily reached for days out. The free WiFi is great never had a problem connecting. Claire is great to deal with always answers emails, calls or texts which is great peace of mind if any problems arise, she also has local agents on call & to meet you at the villa with your keys! If your after a relaxing get away this place is perfect. Thanks for a great holiday!
Super Lage, super Aussicht, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In wenigen Minuten durch die wunderschöne Altstadt ins Zentrum und an den Hafen. Die hier oft kritisierte Park-Möglichkeit war für uns überhaupt kein Problem. Merci bien und bis zum nächsten Evil! Daniela, Walter und Hund Lilo aus Stuttgart
