The villa in Jávea has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. The 160 m² apartment, very bright and cozy, is divided into two independent floors, each with its separate entrance.
On the upper level, the villa offers a charming living room with a large sofa to relax, flat screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The windows of the lounge open and give rise to a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden and the pool. From the entrance, you can access the fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. On this floor there are also three of the four bedrooms, of which one has a double bed, another with two single beds and the third with a bunk bed. The three bedrooms overlook the pool and are located next to a bathroom with shower.
The lower level, which is accessed from the entrance of the pool, also offers all the comforts of a complete apartment: a beautiful living room with kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom with double bed, and a large bathroom with shower. The living room on this floor gives way to a relaxation area that has direct access to the pool.
The separate floors provide independence but without preventing everyone from enjoying a dream exterior together, with a large plot of land with a garden, private pool, terrace, sun loungers, barbecue, outdoor dining area and even swings for the little ones! Villa Saladar also offers free covered parking.
