Introducing 'Villa Belen', new for 2023! A fantastic 4 bedroom villa accommodating up to 10 people, perfect for all sizes of family or large groups of friends looking to relax and have fun around the pool and outdoor areas. The villa is very private, located on a peaceful street just 5 minutes from all amenities, bars and restaurants and is just a short walk further to the beach. It has everything you need including large bbq and outdoor areas for your perfect stay. Also pet friendly!
The villa has 4 bedrooms, one en suite, one double and 2 with 2 single beds. Each room has heating and either airconditioning or ceiling fan and additional fan in the single rooms. The living room has 3 sofas (one of which can be used as a double sofa bed which allows the villa to host up to 10 people. There is a front section for relaxation and a dining area out the back with gazebo and bbq in addition to an inside dining area. Anything extra for small children can be provided if needed!
Guests will have access to the whole villa. it is completely private and lockable from the gate.
