Villa Juanita is a 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Villa, set on two floors situated in the Los Mojones area of Puerto Del Carmen. The shops and restaurants in the old town and harbour areas are about 10 to 15 minute walk from the villa.
This spacious property's main floor has a large lounge/dining room, with sofas, internet television, dining table & seating and well-equipped kitchen, master en-suite bedroom, twin bedroom and further bathroom. The lower level has two bedrooms & two bathrooms and a cinema room with another internet tv.
The outside terrace features a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, and numerous shaded spaces for alfresco dining.
A welcome kit containing a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, a carton of milk, tea and coffee, and a packet of cookies is provided free of charge.
If guests require any more supplies, please call us and we will endeavor to get whatever you require on arrival.
