Villa Bella is situated in a quiet area, but within easy walking distance of the main seafront of Puerto Del Carmen and the old town/harbour areas.
The villa has a well equipped open plan kitchen & lounge area with Internet TV. The kitchen has an oven & hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a second bathroom for the other two bedrooms.
The private swimming pool is on a lower terrace, with plenty of space for sun loungers and soaking up the sun! The top terrace, by the front door to the property, has table & chairs for al-fresco dining and pool table.
A complimentary welcome box of a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, a carton of milk, tea and coffee, and a packet of cookies is offered.
If visitors require any more supplies, please call us and we will purchase whatever you require prior to your arrival.
Villa Bella includes central air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi.
