The spacious open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and a cozy living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Step outside onto the furnished patio where you can enjoy a BBQ while taking in the panoramic views of the surrounding rolling hills. The private pool, reserved exclusively for guests, offers a perfect spot to unwind.
Access to the property is via a private stone lane, off the B118 road, after passing the historic village of Pujols. Las Moulinières is conveniently located for those looking to explore the stunning Lot-et-Garonne region of southwest France.
Additional Details:
Booking & Payments: 20% deposit required upon booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A £150 security deposit will be refunded within a few days after departure.
Short Breaks: Available from October to June at £140 per night. For stays outside of peak periods, shorter stays are available at £130 per night.
Arrival & Departure: Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is from 5 pm, and check-out is before 10 am to allow for cleaning and airing of the property.
