Enjoy a large south-facing heated saltwater pool (10m x 5m), sunny all day, with plenty of loungers and shaded areas for relaxing. The outdoor space also features a floodlit boules court, table tennis, swings, and a lawn for games, making it perfect for both adults and children.
For al fresco dining, gather around the beautiful Moroccan-tiled table for 12 or fire up the barbecue for long summer evenings with family and friends. A spacious pool house provides outdoor games and equipment, along with a convenient poolside shower room and toilet.
Inside, the villa is full of character, with original artwork throughout. The large veranda (5m x 11m) is a standout feature—an ideal summer living space with sliding doors, comfortable seating, and a large dining table seating up to 14. House Rules
If you have children with you the pool alarm must be turned on. Be respectful of our neighbours who go to work in the morning, keep noise levels down please. Only use plastic glasses in the pool area. Dont flush sanitary products down the toilet, use the bin. If you use the BBQ please clean it afterwards. No smoking in the house please. Remove your things from the lawn as watering system comes on at night. Put the general rubbish in Green lidded bin on Monday night and friday, put recyclables in yellow lidded bin on fridays. Bins are by the gate. All glass must go to the bottle bank turn left out of gate at end of road.Additional Guest Fees
