This private holiday rental is ideal for families or groups seeking a peaceful setting with convenient access to beaches (approximately 35 minutes away) and local attractions.
The outdoor area features a fully enclosed private swimming pool, visible from the covered outdoor lounge and barbecue area—ideal for relaxing and outdoor dining. A selection of pool accessories is available for guest use.
Inside, the villa combines traditional Andalusian style with practical comfort. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for up to 8 guests, and a spacious living room with sofas, TV, desk space, books, games, CD player, and a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings. Also on this level is a double bedroom with direct terrace access and an en-suite shower room, along with a separate laundry area.
Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms: one double bedroom with a private terrace and en-suite bathroom (bath and shower), one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom. These share a family bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, and additional fans and heating are available for year-round comfort.

A Love Letter to Casa Angelica Since our kids were born, this is now our fifth stay — every time feels like returning to a familiar hotspot that grounds us and lets us be family and couple. Casa Angelica is our eagle’s nest: absolute privacy and quiet with wide-open views — yet only 8–10 minutes to Cómpeta. Inside, care shows in every detail: strong Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, A/C in every bedroom, insect screens, a well-equipped kitchen, and thoughtful furnishings. Outside: the beautifully maintained pool — thank you, Rafael! — several terraces, and a meticulously kept garden. The pool is pure happiness for our children — they adore it. Sunrises and sunsets are little events. Leisure & Moments: Card games, long sea-view conversations, and stargazing shape the evenings. Listening to music and catching big football matches on TV — everything is possible. We gladly accept longer drives to our favorite beaches, because only Casa Angelica is our home base to enjoy everything we’ve loved here for years: comfort, calm, pool, garden, views, light, great beds (with A/C), excellent bathrooms, and space for everyone. A place of love and (family) life. We’re proud repeat guests and re-bookers — and we love this place. Thank you for all the investments over the years. Note: If our warm review makes Casa Angelica even more sought-after and availability tighter, we still recommend it wholeheartedly. We were able to enjoy Casa Angelica for 4 weeks on the occasion of my big birthday and had several people staying there in turns. The journey via Algarrobo and Competa was easy as everything here is concrete. Large parking lot. The house is lovingly furnished with many details in Andalusian style with various seating and lying options around the house. Everything is very well maintained, clean and very practically furnished. The kitchen has everything you need, plus a height-adjustable grill outside. There is plenty of space for loungers and large parasols around the large pool. The view of the mountains and the sea is simply fantastic. The typical Andalusian bedrooms (with rather soft beds) are spacious, as are the bathrooms (some even with shower AND bathtub) and very practically furnished. All windows and doors have mosquito nets. Mosquito plugs, air conditioning and some international power plugs are also available. The surroundings and the garden are kept in perfect condition twice a week by a very friendly and helpful caretaker and the nearby village of Cómpeta offers everything you need for your daily shopping and has many good restaurants. We really liked the house and the location, we were able to relax perfectly - the house became a piece of home for us. We definitely give Casa Angelica 5 stars. Daniel
Casa Angelica is a very nice property if you love peace and solitude, which we did. Everything was very clean and the bedrooms had air conditioning, which was urgently needed during our stay due to the heat. The center of Competa is about a 20-minute drive away, where you can buy everything you need for the first day at least. The view from the house is unique, the pool is spacious. We were there for a week and really enjoyed it. Without a car, however, you are lost. We would go there again!
A very beautiful finca with great panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. Through the many seats in the garden you will find an opportunity for togetherness with 8 people in the house. We felt very comfortable with our children, grandchildren and friends, and also These infected with our Andalusienfieber.Wie also the times before we were warmly welcomed. We give for the Casa Angelica also 5 stars. In any case, we will return to Andalusia in 2020
Great value for Andalusia. Everything you need for a large party. Really well maintained. Tricky driving up into Cómpeta and vertiginous drops on the roads to the Villa, but well worth it. We had a brilliant week and the third party agent in Cómpeta couldn’t have been more helpful despite our flights being late and a late arrival at the property.
