Located on the heights of Les Issambres, this villa has a breathtaking view of Saint Tropez and its bay (which can admire the bedrooms, lounge, terrace and pool).
Always sunny, with its southern exposure, this villa is in a dead calm.

With its open kitchen (aesthetic, well equipped and very functional), the living room / dining room of 90 m2 opens, by a huge bay window with brick partition, on the terrace overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez.
The terrace of 100 m2 gives on the private swimming pool of 11x5 meters (depth min: 1 meter and depth max: 2,5 meters). Slightly below the terrace, the pool, with indoor steps, is cleaned weekly and secured by a door and is heated from early April to mid November. On its teak beach, 6 sunbaths allow you to enjoy the unique sea view.
A straw hut allows to rest in the shade all day and to fully enjoy the early evening with a drink.
In the garden (olive trees, lemon trees, orange trees, palm trees, pines ...), you can play bowls on the ground of petanque, babyfoot and the children will be able to play in a hut in the shade of a cork oak tree.
To relax, the villa has:
- 5-seater jacuzzi with sea view (operates all year). The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly by a professional. Water is changed for each new tenant.
- an outdoor sauna (operates all year) The sauna has 7 color lights for chromotherapy as well as a radio and MP3 player for listening to music.
This unique villa is a 5-minute drive from beaches (public and private) and shops (3.5 km). Located on the heights of Issambres, the car is essential.
