Iberimo offers to rent this beautiful and welcoming villa of 120 m2 with 8x4 private pool of 120 m2 and fenced plot of 800 m2 located in Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava. It is located in the district of Lloret Residential, 8 Kms from its beach and the city centre.

The house have two floors. Beautiful terrace from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. A valuable outdoor area, with parking. Heating and air conditioning optional (supplement of 20 euros / week). Very close to the house, a bus stop with connection to the centre of Lloret de Mar every 30 minutes. Also have a private pool (depth: 0.85x2).
