A villa with 2200 sq. ft. containing 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom plus a single WC. Located near whole 10 on the Highland Reserve golfcourse, and only 300 steps avaw from the clubhouse.
The house is newly repainted out- and inside (oct 2017). There are 5 TV's in the house and free internet.
The garage is a playing room with ping-pong, soccer and biljard. There are 3 golf sets in the house and 2 bikes.
The kitchen is fully equiped with all what you need for daily usage. There is eating table in the kitchen, in the dining area and outside in the lanai.
Outside there is a hot tub and a heat-able pool. Along the pool there are sunbeds and chairs. Last but very important, there is cleaning machine and a dryer.

Highland Reserve is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Very near to banks, grocery shop, restaurants and takeaways. You find everything withi n 5 minutes drive.
There are also very short distances to the most famous parks in Orlando area.
