Sinitaivas is centrally located right next to the ski tracks. You can see the Kaunispää mountain from the window. Sinitaivas is the last apartment in the Teerenpesue terraced house located at Saariseläntie 5 D 23. The Teerenpesue houses are right in the centre of the Saariselkä village.
The spa, several restaurants, safari operators, grocery store Kuukkeli, the bowling alley, and Angry Birds Park are just a snow ball’s throw away. You can walk to the bus stop for the airport bus or the ski bus in a couple of minutes. Maintained ski tracks are opposite the front door, 50 meters away.
Sinitaivas has an area of approximately 74 m². You can find a large combined kitchen and living area, a sauna, showers, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed downstairs (50.5 m²).The loft is a full-height space (24 m2). It has been divided into two sleeping spaces with a partition and a sliding door. The loft has a total of four divan beds, lots of storage space, and another smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen enables you to cook on your own. The apartment includes all household appliances, including a drying cabinet for your workout gear in the hall.
The apartment has a smart TV and a broadband internet connection with a cable (faster and more reliable than Wi-Fi). There’s also an impressive DVD collection. Firewood is included in the price. There are sleds in the outer storage space and heating in the parking spot.

In summer, the well-marked hiking trails of the Urho Kekkonen National Park invite you to take long hikes. The easily passable mountain landscape, untouched nature and numerous shelters make Saariselkä a popular destination for hikers.
