Air-conditioned villa dominant position, facing south, sea view. Capacity: 10 people. High quality services. Private swimming pool all seasons. electric heating, wifi. Pets see conditions with the owner. The villa is made up of 4 bedrooms (which can be equipped with folding beds for BB), a large kitchen, dining / living room with big screen TV, household equipment and household linen included (sheets, blankets, tea towels, hand towels, pool towels, changed weekly). Three bathrooms and three toilets (including one at the swimming pool). Terrace specific to the villa with breathtaking views of the Gulf of La Ciotat. The terrace is shaded and equipped with outdoor furniture: large table chairs, comfortable garden furniture. Garden with playset for children, pine forest, car park, private road.

The house is located mid-slope of a pine forest facing south, with sea view. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms: one located on the ground floor (handicap accessible), with full toilets. Also on the same surface, fully equipped open kitchen, living room, large screen TV, 2 leather sofas. on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms + bathroom, bath, shower, separate wc.
All rooms are air conditioned (summer / winter). Premium bedding. all rooms have a glass door opening onto terraces facing south. A terrace per level, with canvas shades, garden furniture equipment for aperitifs and relaxation in the evenings. The pool on the lower level is protected from the weather, on request, by a UV-resistant metacrilate dome. The dimensions of the pool are 12mX5m and depth from 60cm to 2.20m. Regulatory safety by barriers and removable cover on the surface by PVC slats controlled by the motor. Water treatment is carried out fully automatically without the addition of chemical chlorine, but by electrolysis of salt water.
