Beautiful Duplex Penthouse with large terraces on both floors, spectacular pool surrounded by trees, sea views and is located 3 minutes walk from the beach. Very close to the beautiful town of Ciutadella in Menorca (5 minutes by car). The house is completely renovated in April 2018. It is also very well connected with Ciutadella and other towns with a regular bus line.
It has air conditioning in all rooms. It has fiber wifi.

The ground floor has a living room / dining room and kitchen in the same space with access to a beautiful terrace with views of the sea and the beautiful trees of the farm in front of the apartment. On this terrace there are armchairs, deck chair, dining table, awning. The kitchen has all the comforts and utensils. The sofas are beds, so this floor can sleep two people, in this beautiful open space. The apartment consists of a wide infrastructure: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, capsule coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, etc.
It has a bathroom with an independent area of W.C. Shower with glass screen.
On the upper floor there is a large space that is a bedroom with two beds and a single bed.
The best thing is the huge terrace with a lot of charm that has a large table for 8 people, sun loungers, a large barbecue, sail awning and natural plants. All these elements together with the trees that surround the farm and its views of the sea make this terrace a charming place to live it at any time of the year.
The house has a swimming pool, which is spectacular due to its location and infrastructure. It has a jacuzzi, wooden platform, sun loungers. It has a small pool area for children and the rest is a huge pool surrounded by beautiful trees.
The apartment is very well located on the Playa de Santandría (Urbanización Son Carrió) 5 minutes by car from Ciutadella. You can walk to the beach because it is next door and it will take just under 5 minutes.
It is a great apartment to enjoy Menorca, located in a quiet area, next to the sea and very close to the beautiful city of Ciutadella.

We had an amazing time here. The property is exactly as described and photographed, but it doesn’t show quite how beautiful the view over the bay is with boats travelling back and forth. A few Minutes walk along the coast you are in the marina with ships restaurants and bars. Another couple of minutes your on the beach. Walk the other way for 5 minutes and your at the lighthouse with amazing sunset views and drinks. Pool is great, the kids had to be dragged out of it. Parking outside on a quiet road. Great hosts, who had a small issues resolved instantly and came round to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended, just amazing location, I could have sat and looked at the view all day.
Wonderful villa, ideally situated.. loved the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks.. would definitely stay again.
Great house, perfect location with beautiful views and a short walk to the marina. Gabriela is a lovely host, calling in to check everything was ok. Highly recommended, would return tomorrow if I could!!
