Large, very calm apartment, with terrace in a very pretty residence, a small Corsican village with its characteristic stone streets and lush vegetation. Closed residence with swimming pool and view on the bay of Calvi; collective parking, tennis, playground for children, mini-golf, boules and table tennis. The apartment includes entrance hall, living room, small kitchen, two bedrooms, terrace. Calvi Airport - St Catherine 8 km. Calvi with its port, train station, pedestrian street and shops 8 km. 5 minutes by car to Pain de Sucre beach; the beaches of Calvi, Marina of St. Ambroggio, Algajola, Giunchetu, Bodri, Ile Rousse, Lozari in 30 minutes by car maximum.
10 minutes by car from Calenzana or depart from the GR 20, hiking trail.
The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated for departure at 10:00 a.m.
Animals are not accepted, linens and towels are not provided but it can be rented if needed.
In case of cancellation there will always be a penalty of 50 Euro which will be kept by Investicasa Srl at the level of administrative costs.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: 200 EURO PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH OR BY CHECK (French or Italian).
Possibility to rent a 6 meter boat with 115 chavaux engine with or without a skipper to discover the marine wonders of the region. Calvi and Revellata point and its Alga beach, Scandola marine park (UNESCO World Heritage) and Girolata, Saleccia, Ostriconi, Bodri beach and more.
