Luxury apartment, quiet, 200 m from the beach, the port and the city center
Apartment for 4 people in a luxury residence, built in 2009 located 200 m from the fine sandy beach and 300 m from the port of Calvi.
Apartment on the 1st floor. A bedroom with double bed and cupboard, a living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with sink, wc, bidet and shower cubicle. Kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, crockery, washing machine, microwave, TV. Large terrace with a sea view; very quiet and air-conditioned apartment. Parking outside the residence.
The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated for departure at 10:00 a.m.
Animals are not accepted, linens and towels are not provided but it can be rented if needed.
In case of cancellation there will always be a penalty of 50 Euro which will be kept by Investicasa Srl at the level of administrative costs.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: 200 EURO PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH OR BY CHECK (French or Italian).
Possibility to rent a 6 meter boat with 115 chavaux engine with or without a skipper to discover the marine wonders of the region. Calvi and Revellata point and its Alga beach, Scandola marine park (UNESCO World Heritage) and Girolata, Saleccia, Ostriconi, Bodri beach and more.
