Studio for 4 people in a residence in the heart of the Calvi pine forest, 100 m from the beach. Ground floor apartment in a small building. A living room with kitchenette, cupboard and sofa bed. A bunk bed at the entrance. Bathroom with wc, bath and sink.
Kitchen area equipped with sink, 2-burner electric hob, top fridge, extractor, crockery, grill oven. Parking spaces in the residence. The residence is very quiet, close to Calvi (about 15 minutes on foot through the pine forest) near a superb fine sand beach of several kilometers. Nearby restaurants, market, games for children, municipal tennis, train to discover the most beautiful beaches of Balagne.
The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated for departure at 10:00 a.m.
Animals are accepted, linens and towels are not provided but it can be rented if needed.
In case of cancellation there will always be a penalty of 50 Euro which will be kept by Investicasa Srl at the level of administrative costs.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: 200 EURO PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH OR BY CHECK (French or Italian).
Possibility to rent a 6 meter boat with 115 chavaux engine with or without a skipper to discover the marine wonders of the region. Calvi and Revellata point and its Alga beach, Scandola marine park (UNESCO World Heritage) and Girolata, Saleccia, Ostriconi, Bodri beach and more.
