Absolutely lovely villa, my wife and I regularly stay in La Capellania Corralejo but we have never stayed in such a large villa, spotlessly clean, large pool and so peaceful. Very secure with electric garage door also. We would highly recommend staying here.
I just wanted to say we had a wonderful time in your villa. Everything was perfect and we truly felt it was a home from home. The kids had so much fun ,loved all the toys and settled in immediately. Our daughter was adamant she didn't want to leave, she "loved her holiday home". The pool was fantastic, the space and facilities were beyond expectations and I was not ready to leave. I spent two fabulous weeks in October relaxing at this wonderful villa. I have stayed in many holiday properties that claim to be a home from home, but this really is! The level of attention to detail from the best equipped kitchen ever, to the beautiful and expansive garden and pool area was second to none. The villa is extremely well laid out,and in a very quiet residential area which suited my friend and I perfectly . The local supermarket ( a short walk or a minute in the car) is really well stocked and led to many nights BBQ ing by the pool. Easy drive to the airport and the local restaurants and beaches, but away from noise and lots of people. Perfect,
My partner and I have recently returned from a weeks stay at Casa Kermit and all I can say is WOW. The villa is amazing, so spacious and well equipped, it has everything you would need for a perfect holiday, the owners have literally thought of everything. The garden and outside space is huge and the pool is lovely, there are plenty of comfortable loungers and chairs. There is also a nice outside eating area, perfect for dining al fresco. Although there is no air conditioning (which was a concern of mine) we didn’t actually need it, there is a constant breeze and once all the windows are open, it keeps the villa nice and cool. The villa is situated about a 10 minute drive from Corralejo so a car is recommended. There is a lovely supermarket about a 10-15 minute walk away along with a nice bar and pizza shop. I cannot fault anything with the villa, or location, it’s perfect, shall definitely be returning.
Just returned from 10 days at Casa Kermit. We travelled with toddlers so tje villa was very safe compared with the norm. Safety gate around pool was the clincher. Villa is very well thought out with all the comforts of home and everything you could ask for entertaining kids. Area is quiet and well positioned for reaching Corralejo for touristic times, Lajares for coffee and markets, or Cotillo for the beaches and restaurants. Check in was seamless and the villa spotless with practical and very well styled interior. No lumpy local beds, broken mosquito nets and bad drains. Would highly recommend for couples or family.
Casa Kermit is one of the best villas we have rented, spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The garden is a delight and we found the shady seating area under the gazebo an ideal spot for an early evening drink. The villa is in a quiet residential area though only 5 minutes drive to the hustle and bustle of Corralejo with its many shops, restaurants and markets. The famous Sand Dunes are also close by which are a must to visit, though we felt slightly overdressed in our beachwear as we happened on the nudist part of the beach! All in all we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay to wind down and recharge our batteries.
We stayed here for 2 weeks last August and it wasn’t long enough, so have just re-booked for this summer too! The villa is situated in a quiet residential area but is conveniently located as a supermarket, taxi rank, bus stop and outdoor children’s play area are all within a 5 minute walk. There is also an excellent pizzeria just down the road who will deliver if you are feeling particularly lazy! The needs of little people have been given full consideration by whoever designed the layout and decor of this villa as every possible detail has been thought of and covered - be it plastic crockery, bed guards, high chair or even an integrated little loo seat in the bathroom next to the children’s bedroom! If you’ve ever had a holiday where you spent the entire time hovering over your child every time they had something to eat or drink trying to minimise breakages, you will appreciate what a joyous discovery this was. The villa offers total privacy and is very secure for children to wonder about without the worry of them getting into any trouble. The pool fence was a fantastic addition and gave us great peace of mind knowing that the children could play in the back garden without getting too near to the water. Our 2 children (3 and 6) had endless hours of fun in the pool, and as it is covered there was no need for ridiculous looking hats and sun cream reapplication every few hours. We had a car for the two weeks which we would recommend as a way of seeing a bit more of this beautiful island, but you could easily do without due to the villa’s location. I would highly recommend this villa, especially to anyone who wants a less stressful holiday with children – if there is such a thing!
The villa is in a residential area with hardly any traffic. We came as a couple for peace and a wind down after Christmas, that is just what we got. The villa is well appointed and the Master Bedroom bed is really comfortable. My wife enjoyed being able to cook as the kitchen had everything a cook could want. We enjoyed lunch outside with a bottle of wine! The little supermarket a short stroll away is well stocked and very friendly, even if your Spanish is not up to much. We will be back.
