Super nice large terraced house. Here you have room for the whole family.
The house has 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 new renovated bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have single beds and the 4th bedroom has a double bed (150 cm). All 4 bedrooms have aircon, both with cold and hot air, and there are also loft propellers in 3 of the bedrooms.
Both the two bathroom has showers.
There is a large living room with dining area and open fully equipped kitchen.
In addition a toilet, so you do not have to go up to the 1st floor.
There are large terraces on both sides of the house.
Both terraces have very nice furniture and on the back terrace there is a large BBQ.
You can see the Mediterranean Sea from the front terrace, here you can sit and enjoy yourself during the day and evening.
There is a small common garden with sunbeds, the garden is shared with the neighbor's house.
There is of course aircon in the living room, again both hot and cold air and a loft propeller.
There is free wifi and almost all TV channels in all languages.
There are 600 meters to the beach, bars and supermarket, and it takes approx. 15 minutes to go there. Nearest golf course is 1.5 km from the residence. However, there are about 5 golf courses within 10 minutes drive.
There are 2 communal swimming pools with free sunbeds and children's pools. These are closed areas so it's easy to keep an eye on the kids. The one pool area also has a bar, which is open approx. 9 months a year.
This is a very nice residence where you are close to everything and yet you have the opportunity to relax completely.
We recommend that you rent a car. There is free parking on the road.

House Rules
Linen and towels : € 10.00 per person per stay. Electricity is not included in the price, but will be settled according to the meter, which is why there is a 200 € cash deposit upon arrival. The electricity usage will be deducted from the cash deposit on departure and the rest given back to you.Longer stays considered (1 - 6 months).
