Great location near train station and beach, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in Fuengirola (Carjaval) and the mountains around Mijas. There is an underground garage with remote controlled entrance, and the elevator goes directly from the garage level up to the apartment, so it is not necessary to use the stairs.

There are two enclosed swimming pool areas that can be used. One has a children's pool, and there are sun loungers in both areas.

The terrace is 60 m2, southwest facing, sunny, equipped with two sun loungers, dining area, sofa group, awnings, secluded from the neighbors, with stunning views of the Mediterranean, the pool area and the mountains around Mijas.

The penthouse is completely renovated and furnished with new modern style beds and furniture.

In order to enjoy the amazing view while eating, the terrace is furnished with a high garden table with 6 high chairs. The dessert, the coffee or the drinks can be consumed in the lounge furniture, where you can relax and enjoy the views of the mountains around Mijas. For digestion the sunbeds are recommended.

The penthouse has a nice living room with access to the terrace. 65" flat screen, wifi and almost all TV channels in all languages.

Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, stove and all necessary kitchen utensils, and direct access to the terrace. Bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Two double bedrooms, bathroom and entrance hall. (Total of 3 bedrooms).

There is air conditioning (cold / warm) in all bedrooms as well as the living room.

There is private parking in the garage under the building with remote controlled gate. In connection with the garage there is a lockable private storage room at the same level, where you can store your golf equipment, suitcases, beach tents and more.

A walk of approx. 500 meters leads you to the beach where you can swim, go for a walk along the seafront or dine at one of the many fantastic restaurants.

If you want an unforgettable day / evening, you can go for a trip to Benalmadena Pueblo, which is a nice little Spanish village situated a little back in the mountain area. Here you can see and feel the old Spain, and there are some fantastic restaurants.

Carvajal train station is approx. 400 meters from the apartment, which makes it possible to take the train from / to Malaga airport, Malaga city or go shopping in Fuengirola, without a car. Malaga City is worth a trip, where you can go for a walk in the Old Town, shop, see Malaga Cathedral, or go for a walk along the waterfront.

The coast is also called Costa del Golf, some of the world's best golf courses are within a radius of 10 km from the apartment.
