Newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment in Los Boliches.
The apartment is on the 7th floor ( top floor) with a lift.
The whole apartment has just been beautifully renovated in Scandinavian style.
There are 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and 1 bedroom has bunk beds, so there is space for 6 people in the apartment.
There are 2 bathrooms, both with shower and in one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine.
Living room with open fully equipped modern kitchen, and here you also have access to the 12 m2 terrace overlooking the city.
There is wifi and virtually all TV channels in all languages.
Aircon in all rooms, both hot and cold air.
There is communal pool area with garden where you can lie and sunbathe.
The pool is made like a guitar and the strings on the guitar are the children's pool.
The pool is open from 15/6 to 15/9.
This apartment is located right in the center of Los Boliches, so you do not need a car although there is a shared enclosed parking space for the apartment complex.
The beach, which is 400 meters from the apartment, is 7 km long and here you have a large selection of Spanish restaurants, chiringuitos, which are known for their seafood. Lots of sun loungers along the coast as well as international restaurants, bars and shops so here is something for everyone.
