Main bedroom with en suite shower room and further family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.
Large modern salon and fully equipped kitchen with sofas, island cooking area and breakfast bar. Access to dining terrace with glass-topped wrought iron table and chairs and barbecue over-looking the pool. Recreational facilities include a well-equipped gym in a separate chalet, table tennis, children's garden swings and a boules court. The garden is illuminated in the evening high-lighting the pool and the 900 year old olive trees.
