Villa Les Cyprès can accommodate up to 10 guests in the two garden level apartments. One sleeping 6 in three bedrooms and the other sleeping 4 in two bedrooms. Set in an idyllic and well-maintained garden with ancient olive trees illuminated in the evening together with the pool, it makes a perfect setting for the evening barbecues on the large covered terrace. The Garden Apartment has three bedrooms where two can be made up as double or twin singles and the third bedroom as a twin room. A family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC service two bedrooms and the master bedroom again which can be twin or a king-size double and has en suite shower room with hand basin, wc, bidet and shower cubicle. The salon has garden and pool view and also an extremely well-equipped kitchen with central cooking island and breakfast bar. Access to the outdoor dining veranda that over-looks the pool and garden is by French doors directly from the kitchen. The Cottage also has two bedrooms, one shower room, spacious living area with kitchen and a further outdoor dining terrace with second barbecue. There is also a roof terrace above the Cottage accessed by a spiral staircase and where there is seating area and a swing sofa to take in the later afternoon sun with an aperitif ! Recreational facilities are the pool with beach entrance, table tennis, boules court, children's swings and a fully equipped gym in the Chalet. The villa is within easy walking distance to the local supermarket, the sandy beaches of Juan les Pins, and its lively town centre with a multitude of restaurants, bars, casino and night clubs. The promenade is always lively in the summer with its evening market and water sports, trips to the islands of St Marguerite and St Honorat are a beautiful day trip as well as the perched medieval villages such as Gourdon, Mougins and St Paul de Vence. Monaco is accessible by car or train and the Italian markets of Bordighera and Ventimiglia are an essential part of any stay. Cannes is less than 10 minutes by car or only 12 on the local bus.
