A large staircase in Balagne stone will lead you to the 1st floor with individual entrance to this luxury apartment. Then you have a dressing room with storage, wardrobe, washing machine and dryer. A separate toilet. A large bedroom with King size bed in 180 with a small adjoining bedroom (for children ...), flat screen TV (80 cm) and a private terrace with sea views as well. This room has 2 very spacious dressing cabinets and a direct entrance to a large bathroom with Italian shower, WC, double marble sink, large mirror, bidet. You also have a second bedroom with 2 beds in 90, (which can meet and make a bed in 180) a large wardrobe, flat screen TV (80 cm) - to complete: a sink with large mirror in wood and stainless steel as well than a Moroccan shower. In the living room is installed a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people - This apartment can therefore accommodate 6 people (+ cot if necessary).
The apartment is located on the 1st floor you have no opposite and a breathtaking view! In the garden awaits you a large swimming pool (11 M X 4.5 M) which is heated - deckchairs to rest and sunbathe - you can choose the shade of the apillotes arranged around the pool.
In the residence each of the 6 apartments has a particular entrance, with terrace without vis-à-vis - The environment consists essentially of individual villas, therefore calm.
L'ILE ROUSSE, which is about 3 km from the residence, has 2 beautiful white sand beaches and a particularly clear and turquoise sea. You will find there all the shops and supermarkets you will need. A beautiful covered market overlooking the city square is held every morning with many local merchants (cold cuts, cheese, honey, cakes, fruits and vegetables
fish, ....). The place of ILE ROUSSE with its market, its cafes, its church, its bowlers, its plane trees and its palm trees, is a very attractive place and good atmosphere.
No need for a car to go from the place to the beach, to the city center, in the very picturesque old town or to the marina and trade and to the islands which make a very nice walk.
Many activities are offered in the region, whether cultural, sporting or simply fun.
