Our holiday home Casa Maresia is situated 25 m from the sea, offers a terrace with sea view facing southwest and a charming patio with plants. It has a total living space of 120 m2 on two levels, providing comfortable space up to 6 guests. The terrace is situated in the first level, the protected patio on the ground level. The holiday house is very suitable for several couples but also for families with small children. Sun enthusiasts will feel particularly comfortable in Casa Maresia: Morning sun for breakfast in the patio, from noon on sunshine on the southwest facing terrace, where you can also enjoy marvelous sea view.
The location of holiday home Casa Maresia is really very comfortable: Within 3 minutes you’ll reach the beach of Alcalá. It has a small sandy area and a big sunbathing terrace, made of volcano stones. These stones are heated up by the sun, which is very pleasant to sit and lay there enjoying the healing effect on the back musculature. The sunbathing terrace is highly appreciated by the guests especially in winter time after swimming in the sea. There are several beaches and bays, protected by lava rocks from the open sea, which you can reach within a 7 Minutes walk. They belong to the “Gran Hotel Melia” but are open to the public and offer a beachfront restaurant too. A large kids playground is around the corner of the holiday house. One of the best restaurants of the island, called “Sauco” is within a one minute walk.
