House Rules
1. Included in the rental price: Duvets, WiFi Internet (code to be requested upon arrival), Local telephone, Flat screen television in each room, Reader, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave oven, Multi oven -functions, American fridge with ice cube dispenser, Small freezer, Underfloor heating in autumn and winter, Pool heating from May to September if necessary and for an extra charge of €200, Air conditioning in all rooms, Alarm, Surveillance cameras , Electric plancha, Maintenance of the swimming pool, automatic filtration and disinfection of the swimming pool Maintenance of the garden (lawns, trees, etc.), 2. Not Included in the price: Cleaning of the villa after your departure (180 €) Bath towels and bed linen available for hire: €15/person/stay for all. Salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, pastis, etc... (there may however remain some, left by previous tenants) Dishwashing products, dishwasher products (2 blocks available on arrival) , washing powder Breakage and poor maintenance of equipment (deposit) Reservations are planned, except in special circumstances and agreements, from Saturday at 4 p.m. to Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Cleaning is carried out by a specialized company and the amount necessary to carry out this one (180 €) will be claimed from you upon your arrival. A deposit of 1000 € will have to be paid into an account or by bank guarantee check in order to guarantee any damage. The reservation will only be effective after payment of a deposit of 30 to 50% in the week following your reservation request. Booking conditions Type of reservation: Weekly (7 nights) Day of arrival :Saturday Starting price : 1360 € / week Special conditions The payment of a deposit of 50% (30% in very high season), allows you to block the desired week.
