Welcome to a peaceful countryside stay in this well-equipped 1-bedroom gîte, ideally located south of Lyon on the scenic hills above Condrieu, in the heart of the Pilat Regional Natural Park.
Set in a beautifully preserved 19th-century house, the gîte offers the perfect base to explore the surrounding vineyards of Côte-Rôtie, enjoy nature walks, or visit the nearby Roches de Condrieu water sports base. The property also features a larger gîte and the owners’ residence, providing a tranquil yet welcoming environment.
Inside the Gîte:
Spacious living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and comfortable lounge with sofa bed (double)
Small balcony offering lovely views over the Pilat hills
1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed (can be split into two singles if needed)
Modern shower room and separate WC, both accessible from the bedroom
Cot available on request
Outdoor Features:
Private terrace under a covered shelter with outdoor furniture and BBQ
Enclosed tree-lined garden with hammock – ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring
On-site parking and electric vehicle charging station (electricity usage charged separately)
Optional private pool rental available upon request
