Looking for a relaxing holiday under the Spanish sun? Do you want to enjoy peace and quiet and great views on the Mediterranean and the coastal mountains? Are you looking for beautiful beaches and excellent food nearby the place where you stay? Are you interested in visiting an area that also has some fantastic cultural highlights to offer?
If the answer is “yes”, then our penthouse is just the thing for you!
Located in a quiet and safe gated community on top of a hill between Malaga and Marbella, our penthouse offers 130 m2 of living space and no less than 160 m2 of terraces. Three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms (one en suite, both with toilet and bidet) will make your stay a comfortable one. Feeling hungry? Our fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal (and offers beautiful mountain views to boot). You can dine in the living room, on the covered terrace (which can be closed with glass curtains) or outside, all with stunning views across the bay.
Time to relax? Grab a lounge chair and a cool drink and soak up the sun on our 104 m2 roof terrace. Or go down to one of the three swimming pools of the community (the nearest one is barely 50 meters from the apartment). Should you get tired of the amazing views (all the way to Gibraltar and the Atlas mountains in Africa on a clear day), there’s always the cable TV with DVD, free internet or the CD player. Ceiling fans and the (coin operated) airconditioning will keep you cool.
Want to go out? Hop in your car, which you can safely park right at the front door, and 10 minutes later you are on the beach, in one of the many great restaurants or in one of the shopping centers. Marbella and typical white village Mijas are just 20 minutes away, Malaga 40 minutes (its airport only 30 minutes), yacht harbour Cabopino with its water sports facilities barely 15 minutes. Fancy a fantastic day trip? Granada, Cordoba and Sevilla are all within a 2 to 2,5 hour range and getting to Ronda or Gibraltar takes you about an hour and a half. If playing golf is your thing, then you will be glad to know numerous golf courses can be found in a 10 minute to half an hour radius. Weekly markets, a water park, a medieval castle and a zoo can all be reached in 20 minutes as well. There is no chance you will get bored during your stay.
